Sharjeel Imam has moved the lower court for bail. Now Special Judge of Karkardooma Court Amitabh Rawat will hear the application on Monday. The bail application has been filed by Talib Hussain Ahmed Ibrahim and Karthik Venu.


Sharjeel Imam has moved a lower court for bail in a subversion case. His legal counselor has removed the bail supplication from the Delhi High Court. The issue in regards to Imam's bail was raised by the arraignment. After which he has been approached to move toward the lower court. After which now Special Judge of Karkardooma Court Amitabh Rawat will hear the application on Monday. The bail application has been recorded by Talib Hussain, Ahmed Ibrahim and Karthik Venu.


Referring to the directions of the Supreme Court

The bail request expressed that considering the new heading of the Supreme Court, Sharjeel Imam ought to be conceded bail. The Supreme Court had coordinated to dismiss every forthcoming allure and procedures in regard of the charge made under Section 124A (dissidence) of the Indian Penal Code.
