Sikhs arrived at court against US Marine Corps for declining to keep facial hair, told the boycott against established right

After the campaign to wear turban in America, now Sikhs have approached the court against Marine Corps for refusing to keep a beard. The Marine Corps says that having a beard affects the capability of the Corps.


Washington [The New York Times]. Four Sikhs in America have moved toward the court against the Marine Corps for declining to keep a facial hair growth. One of them remembers Captain Sukhbir Singh Toor for the Marine Corps, who had lobbied for wearing a facial hair growth and turban for the beyond one year, after which the Marine Corps allowed him to do as such. Notwithstanding, as of late the Marine Corps wouldn't permit any Sikh, including Toor, to keep a facial hair growth during a battle sending or training camp.
 

The Marine Corps said the facial hair influences the corps' capacity to work and furthermore jeopardizes lives. On Monday, Toor and three different Sikhs recorded an argument against the Marine Corps in the US District of Columbia court. They said that the refusal of strict exclusion by the Corps is erratic and biased and abuses their established right to free act of religion.


The three Sikhs, who documented suit with Toor, say that they were approached to shave their whiskers during the training camp. Essential preparation is given to US Marines in training camp. Then again, there are reports of assaults on two individuals of the Sikh people group in New York.


As per the report of information office PTI, he was looted subsequent to going after two individuals of the Sikh people group in the Queens area of New York. This is the second occurrence of assault on Sikhs in Queens in ten days or less. Toward the beginning of April, an episode of an old Sikh being gone after in Queens became exposed.
